To access your web control panel directly:

1. Enter the address of your cPanel in your web browser. The address can be in any of the following formats: (secure, preferred)
https://ip_address:2083 (secure, preferred)

Use your IP address if your domain is in the process of being transferred over.

2. Enter your user name and password in the User Name and Password fields.

3. Click on the OK button. You will now be logged into cPanel.

Note: Your cPanel username/password for a specific hosting account is not your client/billing/support login. They are both different because one billing login can have multiple hosting accounts. If you lost your cPanel username/password, please open a support ticket to get your cPanel username and password reset.
How do I use WebHost Manager (WHM)?

To access your WHM direct your browser to http://SERVER_AIP_ADDRESS:2086 such as

or to access the secure version use :

https://SERVER_AIP_ADDRESS:2087 such as . You will get an ssl warning becuase of the seld signed certificate but rest assured the connection is still secure.

Note: WHM is not available on shared hosting accounts.
If my account is moved from one server to another, how much time (or downtime) will it take?

Moving an account across the server is a smooth process. We copy all your account data and settings to the new server and update the DNS for your domains to the new server IP in our nameservers. Note: If you are using nameservers outside the control of Champion Consulting, you will need to update the DNS zones there yourself.

The time it takes to copy data depends on the size of the data. If your account data is 1GB, it can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Your current account will remain up and running so that there is no downtime. Once the DNS propagation is complete, which usually takes a day, and you are satisfied that the account is working fine on the new server, we will terminate the old account after a couple of days.

Note: If you requested custom settings on the server in the past or a software/module was installed on your request that does not come in our standard/base install, please make sure to advise support to double check that those features/software/modules are installed on the new server.
