Updates regarding Global Covid-19 Pandemic

Dear Valued Customer,

Over the last month Champion Consulting has made prudent steps for a worst-case scenario in regards to the rapidly spreading Covid-19 (Wuhan Virus) from facility preparation, supply chain disruption, and business continuity standpoint. I am proud to say we feel prepared in all 3 areas:

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection at our core facilities.
  • We have ordered and already received critical components we need for expansion and regular use to last us one-year
  • We have critical staff members working at home and isolated crews at our key facilities.

More importantly, our goal is to be there for you as our customer to assist with anything as needed during this time. Should you need to scale up resources, please let us know now. Should you need to ship us hardware, our team is here to handle that equipment and offer remote hands as needed to install that and allow you to stay home as needed. Our normal support methods are still in place and will continue to remain the same. In the meantime, thank you for your continued support as we all work to get through this challenging time.
